The DIY Alert people would be very interested in being involved in a
MakerFaire here in Portland.

Subject: Re: [Contact DIY Alert!] Crafty Map
Hi There!
Thanks for pointing out the Portland TechShop to us. It has been added
to the calendar. We are for sure interested in being involved with a
MakerFaire in Portland. Our other company Handmade NW is well equipped
to run a registration system and we have load of event hosting
contacts, so please keep us in the loop to see how we can help.
Cheers and have a great day!

I notice that your Crafty Map doesn't have TechShop on it. This is
especially bad because they have an industrial sewing area (see
http://www.portlandtechshop.com/index.php/tools-and-equipment/15-industrial-sewing).
Their location (and a map) are at

Oh, and just an FYI that some of the DorkBot people are starting to
talk
about maybe doing a MakerFaire here in Portland. Seems like something
you
might be interested in being involved with.
