Thanks once again to Monty for getting Tektronix to donate
us a nice 4-channel 200MHz digital storage oscilloscope.
After a month of PSU bureaucratic nonsense, the scope is
finally deployed in the OTS lab at TechShop. The probes,
manuals etc are in the bottom left drawer on the scope
table.

Please feel free to use the scope. Be careful with the
probes, which are kind of expensive and delicate, and leave
them on the 10x setting unless you're really sure you need
the higher sensitivity so that you don't fry the scope
inputs. Other than those two things, I don't think you need
to worry much about giving it a try.

Enjoy!

That's fantastic! Thanks again to Monty, and to Bart, for making this
happen. And to Tektronix for the donation.

The scope is a MSO2024 4-channel 200MHz 1Gsps digital oscilloscope and
logic analyzer.

mind if I cross post this information into the electronics topic on the portlandtechshop forum?

it's a little lonely over there and could use some content...  might be a good idea to start collecting documentation for the gear there..

As soon as I can I'll be posting documentation on _my_ equipments that have found their way in the lab.  Be cool if others could too...

let me know what you think,
