are enabled, so it's impossible to post any content with images (eg, a
'scope screen capture).
Please fix. Maybe even uploading a page or two with jpeg, pdf and other
important file formats would be a good idea.
Please do NOT ask me to test to see if it's working. Just tell me when
it actually is working.

To upload a file, you use the "Upload file" link in the toolbox (on
the left side of all pages) and then include it in a page using the
"Embedded File" button.
To include a link to an external image file (already on the web
somewhere), you just include its URL in the page. Please don't
hotlink like this without permission.
I tried both of these, and they both work.
As a side comment, I have to say that uploading images and linking to
them is considerably easier on Google Sites. So the basic dilemma is,
do we cater to people who already have experience with MediaWiki and
use that for artifacts, or do we use Google Sites, which is far easier
to use (and has other nice features), but is a closed solution.

Easier is better, but "works at all" is a bare minimum.
