would these work or is it silly?

doesnt really say how fast they can open and close. or how many cycles theyre expected to last.

also im not sure if the operating pressure differential specs would work?

valving seems like it could be its own design problem

Unfortunately, there are no specifications on how fast the valve closes, much less it's cycle time.  As best I can make out, these valves are controlled by a solenoid.  As such, energy needs to be continuously applied to keep the valve open.  You'd have to actually buy one of these and test it under pressure (compressed air would work).
