Meeting Tomorrow!

Hey guys,

We will be having our bi-weekly meeting tomorrow again! Below is the list of things we will talk about in the meeting:

1. Recently we have received funding from the College of Engineering Extracurricular Project Fund and the CAP center, in total of $400! Though we are still far from being rich, the money is enough for pushing forward our current projects and starting things up! We will discuss about our plan for the money in the meeting.

2. The Open-Source Community has become an official student organization at Bucknell! This organization is different from other organizations in many ways, so none of us has a lot of experience on managing it. In the meeting we will discuss about how to keep it organized, but at the same time create incentives for people to get involved. Since I am also the president for ACM next semester, I will also talk about the different plans I have so far on ACM and BOSC.

3. As I am self-studying some software technologies, I found some resources very helpful for self-study. Those resources are perhaps the best ways to motivate ourselves to dive into the worlds of CS. I will share some resources I found helpful. If you also have helpful resources, you should definitely share them with us!!

One more thing. Please bring your laptop or tablet to the meeting tomorrow, because new members need to register for official membership on the IN-network.
