Hi again!
I was looking around to find some structuring and organization for our group. I found this website: http://campus.openhatch.org/ It's an organization sponsored by Google among other companies to go to campuses and run one-day workshops on all things open source. Go through their landing page to get the basic information.
I've sent them an email and will hopefully hear back from them soon.
