Sorry I missed the meeting!

My apologies, but I was just informed that I missed a meeting yesterday to discuss the budget.  I definitely missed the announcement on that, and will follow-up with folks to make sure I get up to speed on things.

Hi Ryan,

It was confusing to know meeting times. There was no announcement, but was mentioned in the Slack chat (which is also hard to keep up to date), and also saved in our google drive.

I guess the best process at the moment is adding it to your personal calendar from the dates/times here:

It would definitely be much easier for all of us if the dates were added on our shared calendar. Not sure if we used that before.

To be more accurate there was an email sent to the list by Marijke that showed a schedule of all future meetings dates and the time was also posted. I have found this site to be very handy for figuring out my local time against someone else’s. http://www.worldtimebuddy.com

Hi Tessa,

I'm sorry, but I need to correct you.

I sent an email containing all the dates some weeks ago, in it was this meeting also.

They are also added to our shared calendar.

Note that the document you link to is an internal document for our organizational use, and not a public one (in case you missed that you are writing to the public list)

On top of that in each agenda of the previous meeting, the next meeting is announced, so was this one.

On the volunteerportal the report of our previous meeting also includes the dates for our next meetings. 

The agenda was sent a day before the meeting, I shared the agenda before with our treasurer to make sure everything for the budget was in there.

I'm not sure what I can do more to announce meetings.
