Dear colleagues

I need to calculate Ktrans, CBF and CBV parametric images departing from DCE and DSC series to feed another postprocessing python module. Pretty common request. I am using public data from ACRIN 6684, a large collection of dicom images MRI/PET datasets. Appreciate any suggestion. Python preferred. Have good evening: Xavier
