I've never worked with them, but I've taken a look through OpenRFP
(http://www.openrfp.com/) and it looks interesting. It's designed to
assist with the selection process, and includes some features worth
looking at. It's not free, but given the costs and headaches of managing
an RFP process (something I've not done yet) it might well be worth it.
One of the things that impressed me about it was the detailed
functionality reports and comparisons that should be available.
I think it would be worth the time to check it out.
