Looking for Developers

I just started as the Chief Operating Officer at the Pontifical Missions Societies of the United States.   We have two or three development projects that we will be looking for developers for in the next six months.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

Really depends on the scope of these projects.

Will these be custom software? Apps? Websites?

If websites for example, do you have a CMS (Custom Management System) already selected to use?

Recommendations would depend on more details of what you need done. Many developers have specialties that would make some ideal for some projects but not really ideal for others.
