Hi, my name is Rhuan and I'm a GIS developer. I was looking for open spatial data of the Church such as ecclesiastical division, dioceses, archdioceses, etc.

I met https://catholic-geo-hub-cgisc.hub.arcgis.com/ but it seems that the spatial data is not available for download

Does anyone know if I can find this data somewhere?

The Open Street Map has the ability to deal with the spatial data of the Church. The tad you need to look for is "boundary=religious_administration". For example see: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1kGk

Unfortunately there are not a lot of data collected on the OSM yet. I've uploaded the data of the Catholic Church of Hungary
