Email to incorrect person

Arnie, when I have the Personnel list pulled up, I scroll down to my name, then click on the envelope to send myself an email, but the form that is pulled up has a completely different email address in it.

The email that it is displaying is not even from the personnel list, but from the responders list.

Version is 3.31a 5-20-19

Is that happening to anyone else?
