Date and Time Issue:When trying to open tickets, they display incorrect dates and times. Despite having the correct date and time settings on my server, including the correct timezone region and city, the issue persists. I've attached screenshots of the server details and displayed settings for reference. Could anyone advise on how to resolve this?
SMTP Email Issue:The SMTP outgoing test emails are functioning correctly, but sending routes or other email functions does not work. I'm unsure why this is happening and would appreciate any insights or solutions.
