tickets2go stopped working

Tickets2go has stopped working for some strange reason. We also have Tickets running on a "Production" server.   

I am currently using Ticket in 2 places: 

1) tickets2go 2.20G running on Win 7 Home Pro machine for testing purposes
2) tickets 2.20G running on a web server from our ISP for "Real-World" use.

We used the tickets2go for testing before we even considered the server version of Tickets 2.20G for our team.  We have our main server based (Internet accessible) system setup and ready to use during the next severe weather. We have ran some testing with it and it seems to be working great.   We use Tickets CAD for dispatching our storm spotters and keeping track of calls during severe weather.  Our concern is the tickets2go crashed (Stopped working) after adding a new unit. Our hope is that the same thing won't happen in our main system.  It seems finicky to me right now. I have played with it for sometime now and it seems that this sort of thing can happen at anytime. The only fix has been to delete the database and installation and re-install from scratch.  

Here is what went wrong with Tickets2go: Once the information was entered in the "Units" page, I went back to the "Situation" screen and nothing was showing up.  Clicking the "Units" screen showed none of the units that was once there and the new one that was just entered. I have attach 2 screen captures.  I have tried to delete and re-add the gmaps API and that seemed to do no good. Has anyone else had this issue with their installation?  I am very afraid that our main system could stop working during an event.  Any help anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.  Love the system, seem to just need some tweaks.  Looking forward to the replies :)

I too have had a simular issue. My fresh install went like yours when I deleated a unit status from the config module. I reinstalled and this time I only edited some unit statuses which caused me to loose the situation module and create PHP errors on units & config modules.
