Hello group

I have installed Open Source CAD on two different system so far.

having an issue with creating new ticket. have tried multiple browser, different computer and the only thing i see is the spinning logo in all field.

When i try to apply a new ticket nothing happen. 

When is look into the Db using phpmyadmin i see some record, 

for example in facilities i have three facilities i see three record in phpmyadmin. on the page nothing.

It sounds like your Facilities Locations cannot be found to display on the map. Try starting Tickets without the maps and see if anything changes.

My testbed runs PHP Version: 7.1.7 and mysql 5.5.5-10.1.25-MariaDB

Can you fall back to an earlier PHP version?

Anyone having trouble running the Tix DBdump please send a copy of file incs/MySQLDump.class.php

 to me at sho...@gmail.com.  Mine runs fine and I want to look into reported problems.
