Mike, as you can see below I am using PHP 7.2.16
Perhaps the reason you are having a problem is not in the version of PHP so much as a mismatch in PHP vs MySQL versions. In the past I have seen that to be an issue. I'm not even sure Tickets is up to date on my system because I usually only update if there is a change that I am interested in, or I simply get a couple of years behind. The machine is not used for anything other than Tickets, Traccar, OwnCloud, and simple web/php pages, and for a single entity. I do update using YUM a little more often, but it has never broken Tickets.
One thing to note is, I have
NEVER successfully used a LAMP/WAMP stack on a Windows machine. Others have. My experience with Tickets has always been on a linux flavor.
