Hey, just tried to enter the website, but was given an error by cloud flare saying there was an SSL handshake failure. Any idea what it could be?

The domain name TicketsCAD.com was originally hosted at GoDaddy if I remember correctly, they hosted a redirect to the  https://openises.sourceforge.net/ website.
It appears that when I consolidated all of my domains and proxy services at Cloudflare, the redirect service remained at GoDaddy and they killed the redirect.
I've reconfigured the redirect rules at Cloudflare so the site loads again. Thank you for the report. It should now be working again.

BTW: The newest version of TicketsCAD is located at: https://github.com/openises/tickets

I'm also looking for Late Alpha / Early Beta testers for the latest version of NewUI, v4.0.*
It's a major rewrite, featuring a more modern UI, mobile compatibility, more location providers, customizable RBAC access control, progress toward meeting CJIS CAD requirements, additional security enhancements, 2FA support, security privileges mapped to scheduled shifts, incident level security permissions, field level encryption for sensitive values, and hundreds, nearly thousands of new features.
You should have a system reachable from the internet for support and be willing to thoroughly test the various parts of the system.

Another possibility: If you have an event coming up in the next 45 days, would like a hosted system, and are willing to test the system immediately, I'd put something online that you can later host yourself after your event.

You can also reach out to me if you would like a domain name for your TicketsCAD installation, such as https://yourcity.ticketscad.com
