New Tickets Patch Set Available for Download

It's in the files section at the usual site - http://groups.google.com/group/open-source-cad
- it's file 'patch_11_12.zip' .

This is an important maintenance release, with a good number of uglies
removed. Installing it will result in Tickets version 2_11_B_beta.

Instructions are the standard ones for Tickets patch sets:

1. Start with a working installation of at least version 2_10_E_beta.

2. Unzip this patch set into that directory. (Note that patch sets
will almost always include files destined for Tickets sub-directories;
note recent message traffic on handling these when you can't unzip to
remote server.)
