Zello Push-to-talk Tickets Integration

I'd like to hear from folks who have tried Andy's latest/greatest release, and how well or not that's worked out for you.  (Tix version 3.31A )

While Andy reported poor audio quality, he pleaded 'not guilty' when I suggested his English accent might have overloaded the audio capabilities. \_(ツ)_/  It was an American Zello channel he heard, per him. Still, ... .

Zello, or possibly any other PTT system with which you have any experience.

Quick question for you. How can we enable this function in the system ? I saw the zello.php file in the directory but I don't know how to enable it

People, correct me on this; I'm not a zello user and I get this from a look at the code.

1. On the Config page take the link to Zello channels, where you enter the channels you're interested in.
2. Then edit each User account with the Zello user, password and channel information.

no traces of Zello option in configs. I replace the default username and password in zello2.php without any luck. 

Anyone was able to enable this ?

Re "no traces of zello in config"  It shd be the last item under Config's General heading.

Hi everyone, I have the same problem as well. after loading the site, I tried to find the zello part of the config and I could not find it in the menu. hopefully its a simple fix when Arnie can find it. I have tinkered with this for a few hours and I see alot of areas that I think would help others. I plan to make a list and post it. As we all know ICS has become very important to our work, and I wanted to see if Arnie would consider to add a take a photo to add into the incident. if you have an incident open and you have your phone, imagine if you could easily add a photo into the system and have it attached into the ICS form, and keep it on file. In laos we have to take photos of peoples personal belongings to keep a record, this would be very helpful when we are away from the vehicle.
