Many new TicketsCAD videos are now available.

Please share your feedback with the list here or privately via my direct email address.

If you could like each video, that would greatly help with the project's visibility. Based on user feedback, I'll update/replace these videos.

If you have an opportunity to talk about the project, we'd appreciate your promotion of it.

I'll try to get a few more videos online over the next few days.

I'd like to start getting TicketsCAD NewUI v4.0.0 into your hands to get some real use and honest feedback about the project's direction.

A couple of thoughts here.

 ## Feedback and use are required. I won't release the software unless I hear feedback from you.

 ## Please understand that I am currently working alone, often around the clock and without sleep, to improve the software. Priority will be given to those with the right supportive attitude.

 ## Ideally, your new deployment will be available online for troubleshooting, and reachable via SSH for remote hands-on support. 

    ### A TON of effort has gone into improving the security posture. Let me know if you would like to "Pen test" an installation. Please don't poke at our training.ticketscad.com instance while we produce training content. I'll provide you with the source code and support for your own testing environment.

 ## The system has massive features and still has room for improvement. I need to know your wish list and requirements. (Those are two different things, so I expect two lists, one is optional)

 ## Installation with git should be a requirement. I'm applying 2 to 10 patches a day at my current cadence. I have 3 virtual 'operators/dispatchers/responders' along with an AI monkey tossing events into the virtual streams. They're getting good at finding the bugs.

 ## I've considered the idea of rewarding those of you who record a short video testimonial about your experience with TicketsCAD over the past years, and your expectations for the future. The idea is to create a promotional video for the official release party.

SPECIAL THANK YOU(!) for all who have contributed over the many decades of work on this project. Wild to imagine, but YES, DECADES of work have led to this effort.

Another option to consider: I'll provide accounts on the training instance once you have been vetted. This will give a few of you the chance to explore a live system. Note: I'm going to be careful here. You can actually send SMS messages, email, communicate on the local Meshtastic and MeshCore networks, operate my Zello account and transmit on the Brandmeister DMR networks.
