SMTP Mail - Tah-TAH!

Guys, FYI. I've tried a few php mail packages in an attempt to get
mail out through my ISP, Verizon, from my WAMP desktop, and just got
one to work - after failing with several other packages.
It's swift, from http://swiftmailer.org/ It's rather comprehensive
and HUGE, so it will take some effort on my part to get it stripped to
its essentials. It will take additional effort to get it integrated
into Tickets proper, which effort will include taking and retaining
the account credential needed to effect the transport.
How well it works for other ISP's is TBD, but I know that Verizon uses
some authentication scheme for SPAM minimization, so mebbe this is a
good test case.
