Menu style and page header

1. I've tried to improve the menu style to get rid of flickering
effect. I've uploaded top.css which can be included within top.php
file instead of <style> section.

What do you think about it?

2. Besides I think that you could add additional page header bar
underneath the menu to indicate the currently selected page. It might
improve the usability of application because the small module label
located above the menu is not very visible in my opinion and a user
could be confused what's the currently selected page.

Yep, that jiggling button was a nuisance visually; I'll use yr suggestion but with the standard colorizing.

Re yr 2nd suggestion, quite worthwhile.  To minimize clutter up there I'll look at coloring the button that had selected the page.
