What are the minimum versions supported by Tickets for MySQL and PHP?

Actually, none. The fact is that until Andy Harvey had signed up, I was the onliest one (as my WV buddy might say) cranking out the code, and it was less than important to bring some discipline to the process.
But now that he and another (namesake Brit) have stepped up, it's become rather important to do so - which means selecting the tool set. If you have any favorites wd you share them?

Nothing like latest/greatest - just mainstream versions; One way to do that is to see what versions the current WAMP/LAMP stacks include.
