Good morning, 

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert for the triangle area:

Tornado Watch issued March 16 at 8:54AM EDT until March 16 at 2:00PM EDT.

Many schools are closed today. Severe winds and possible tornados may be expected later this morning and afternoon. Strong rain and possible hail are expected to follow through class time.

Weather (and roads) may still be safe for class by tonight. I'll make the call to cancel for weather or hold class as usual by mid-to-late afternoon.
