backup and multiple languages support

Hi, All

I have two questions about osf.

1) I don't see any articles talking about backup and restore in wiki.opensemanticframework.org. I wonder how I can backup and restore or move osf data to another server. 

2) I the Multilinguality Capabilities of OSF, it says "Use the two-letter designator variant wherever possible (such as 'en' for English, 'fr' for French, 'de' for German, etc.". What if the language code is 'zh-hant'? Does OSF support zh-hant if I config it in OSF Web Services and Solr?
