Hi,

I have been trying to install OSF 3.4 on Ubuntu 14.04 since the last couple of days. It fails while it tries to load the default ontologies.

PFB the error messages in the log. I think it is being  caused by Virtuosos.

before this in the virtuoso installation step i get the following warning/error

The Virtuoso admin password was not changed. Use the default and change it after this installation process...

Grant the SPARQL_UPDATE role to the SPARQL user...

Couldn't grant the SPARQL_UPDATE role to the SPARQL user automcatilly. Log into Conductor to add that role to that user otherwise the OSF instance won't be operational...

kindly help.

Looks like you have an issue with your installation (indeed). For some
reason the osf.ini file was not created or can't be read by the
installation process.

Yeah, it may be caused by other errors that appeared before that point.

I am not sure what to say except looking at the first reported errors in
the installation log and/or to retry with a vanilla server to see how it
goes.

Thanks,

Fred
