How to install open semantic framework  in Windows

Hi,

One possibility is to install each component by hands but there is no instructions available for that.

Another possibility is to run OSF in a container service likie Vagrant, Docker or something similar.

There is an installer for Ubuntu and CentOS

Open Semantic Desktop Search is the all in one package for desktop users as virtual machine image configurated for search on your own desktop computer or laptop running onLinux, Windows or iOS for Mac.

Can we try this out??
