Thank Tony for answering that one. Tony is perfect correct open sapi does not support sapi4 voices...yet ;). There is the potential to make it work with SAPI4 voices but I have not done the code to access the voices yet. I had a quick look at it and found that
it was a significant amount of work to get it running within open-sapi and decided to save it for another day. I can help out with pointers in the right direction if you would be interested in helping getting SAPI4 integration into open-sapi?

As far as I know opensapi only works with sapi5 voices, but I am not directly involved with the project - you should
contact thomas lloyd on the opensapi mailing list or through the project site to clarify.
