How to install opensapi to Ubuntu 12.04

Hello list,
my name is Petr and i am from the Czech republic.
Altouugh i am user of Ubuntu for a few years, i need to use some windows
baset software anyway. The most important for me is speech synthesizer,
i would like to use Acapela group's one, which is developed only for mac
or Windows.
I have heart about Opensapi, which can help me to use this voices in ubuntu.
So i would like to ask you what is the state of development of Opensapi,
what can you tell me about it's usability, and finally if someone can
give me step by step handout hot to install and use it with orca screen
reading software.
