Hello,
Just want to ask, if someone has the design in an other format for
example for eagle cad, because i need to export the design to gerber
files for the manufacturer.

Unfortunately I doubt you will find an Eagle CAD version or other
format simply because someone would have to duplicate the PCB design
in another package other than the free one provided by Express PCB.
