Continued C18 Firmware Development

I am still working on firmware development under the C18 Compiler, but
progress has been slow. I must mention that I definitely prefer the
CCS C compiler. Right now I am tracking down a bug related to the
interrupt servide routine. For some reason several of the SFRs get
clobbered as a result of encoder transistions on TMR0 and INT0. I may
have to invest in an MPLAB ICD3 or REAL ICE, so that I can utilize
complex breaks and triggers.
