Just a quick reminder about two calls with deadlines at the end of July. Please see the details below.

Call for Expressions of Interest to host Open Repositories 2028 (OR2028)

The Open Repositories Steering Committee (ORSC) is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from organisations interested in hosting the 2028 Open Repositories (OR2028) Annual Conference. Preference for OR2028 will be given to candidate hosts in Europe. However, EOIs from all regions will still be considered.

Please see the full call for Expressions of Interest for hosting OR2028 for further information and submission instructions. 2026 Call for new Open Repositories Steering Committee members

The Open Repositories Steering Committee (ORSC) is pleased to announce that it is seeking nominations for new standing members. New standing members will serve a 3-year term (Sep 2026-Aug 2029), with the option to renew for a second term.

For more information, see the 2026 Call for new steering committee members. Please consider nominating any colleagues who may be good candidates, or feel free to share this call with them if they would like to nominate themselves.
