CEM70EC and "Mount has high precision encoders" option

I just purchased a CEM70EC mount and currently using the default PHD2 settings.  I'm trying to fine tune my guiding and find the sweet spot that allows PHD to compliment the encoder.  One setting I'm unsure if I should select is the "Mount has high precision encoders."  Anyone with a CEM70EC (one encoder on the RA axis only) using this setting?  PHD2 definition's this is for mounts with an encoder on both the RA and DEC axis.
