Hello I'm having trouble guiding with my CEM60 and my 6" f/3 Newtonian. I'm using an OAG and ASI120mm mini guide cam so I'm guiding and imaging at 458mm. I'm a little puzzled because i seem to get better guiding with my 8" and 10" Newtonians is seems. I've attached the last two nights where I had bin1 and then last evening I switched to bin 2 like I use for my other Newtonians. Not much difference.

What I see in your 9/1 log file is many, many lost star events. I wonder if the problem is that you were dealing with a first quarter moon whose right ascension was roughly equal to the sky locations where you were working. It seems like your SNR values in PHD2 are normally a bit low (below 20) - is that because you have a lot of light pollution? The f/3 Newtonian is going to be very sensitive to both moonlight and light pollution. Remember that the "SNR" we're talking about in PHD2 is an empirical measure of how well the star disk can be distinguished from the background. I think you should perhaps set this question aside until you can avoid having to deal with bright moonlight.
