It looks like the ASCOM "driver" you're trying to use hasn't been registered correctly as a COM component in Windows:

Registration is normally done as part of installing the driver so maybe you should go back to NINA and get a more specific answer on this topic. There's really nothing we can do for you, PHD2 expects this to behave like any other ASCOM camera driver.
