Hi,

So i have 2 mounts, one is a Juwei which i got setup and guiding perfectly first time using the wizard which was great.

The second mount which is a ZWO AM3N, with a ASI120mm Guide scope and asi585mc main camera.

I spent about 4 hours messing around and all i could get is what is seen in the image. Is there something i am missing or is it an issue?

The log files you uploaded were from a session on 5/24 and they show a reasonable calibration using an "On-Step" mount of some kind.  Are you sure this is what you want us to look at?  By the way, you didn't use the Calibration Assistant in the 5/24 session which is a mistake and something you need to start doing if you are having calibration problems.
