I have two cameras from Player One (Poseidon and Sedna). When I connect either of these cameras in PHD2, I cannot set the binning on either of them. The binning always remains 1x1 regardless of the camera or driver used (Native driver or ASCOM driver). These same cameras with these same drivers work fine in NINA. On the other hand, the camera I have from ZWO works fine in PHD2. What could be the problem?

We can't give you any help until you upload your PHD2 log files following the "Getting Help" instructions.

It seems to be a problem with creating a new equipment profile in PHD2. If you select “New” when creating a profile, binning does not work, but if you select “New with assistant,” everything works. In other words, it is most likely an error in the program when creating a new profile without an assistant. By the way, in the settings Guide - Advanced setting - Camera specific setting - Binning, the binning selection window is grayed out, but despite this, binning can be changed if the profile is created with the wizard.

Why would you use New rather than New Using the Wizard, when the Player One cameras are not even listed on the dropdown for New alone?  Using New alone limits you.  Using the Wizard allows you to build a profile for ANY camera.
