PhD2 windows getting cropped on Microsoft Surface 7 Pro

Hello All ,

Not exactly a guiding question. I have been using Phd2 for a while on my Windows 10 home surface 7 pro tablet for a while now..mostly issue free. 

But there is one specific issue that has really been getting in the way for me, which has to do with parts of the Phd2 screen getting cropped. And there is nothing I am able to do to expand that cropped part of the screen. 

I have attached one example from the guiding assistant screen. I attached a mouse with the hoping of being able to drag and expand that section of the screen but unable to do that. 

On the guiding assistant this really isn't much of an issue but it's a far bigger issue with things like polar drift alignment where I am not able to read all the instructions...to the point where I could not proceed with drift alignment (I am afraid I don't have those screen shots just yet). 

Wondering if others have faced similar issues and if so what the workarounds were ? So far I have tried changing the display resolution and that does not work...open to other suggestions.
