Bresser Exos II / Ascom Driver / APT

Hello,

my Bresser Exos-II mount got a new firmware update to version 2.3, now it is possible to connect the Exos-II mount to Ascom.

On Friday to Saturday i tested the mount. Everything runs well, exept the Dithering.

I run APT and PHD2 with Ascom Driver Bresser.

Everytime exposure was finished in APT, an dithering started, than pdh2 hold guiding and nothing happend.

What do i wrong? can somebody help?

My guiding cam is a Alccd5 II mono

Hi Franz.  This is an APT problem of some kind, I think you need to take it up with them.  I wonder if you’ve mis-configured that app.  The PHD2 log file is riddled with these kinds of errors:

As I recall, the APT-related logs that I’ve seen are using the new server interface in PHD2, not this ancient one. The new event-server interface is on port 4400, not port 4300.
