PEMPRO-Enhanced PHD2 problem

Hi,
I want to try this version of PHD2 (PEMPRO-enhanced PHD2) for PEC data gathering but I cannot connect my camera even though it connects fine with the regular PHD2 software. For the camera I get the error: Link to SBIG Camera failed: Code 1.
Any hints would be most welcome.

Hello Al, From my own limited experience using a ZWO ASI120, it (PP-Enhanced) automatically picks up the Profile settings from your existing PHD2 installation. It connects to the guide camera in exactly the same way, so I can't help with your SBIG camera question. However, I've never actually run PP_Enhanced so I'm interested in what you're hoping to do with regard to PEC. Are the PE data generated by PHD2 insufficient? Do you know what the PP-Enhanced version does that's different? Sorry for questions and not answers, but I'm very interested in PEC right now. Problem is, I can't find a User Manual or any other information from the CCDWare site on whatPP_Enhanced actually does. I know there's PEMPro itself, which is nother subject.

PEMPro enhanced is a product from Ray, the author of PEMPro. It's not something directly supported here

Hi Jack,
You solved my issue! Changing the profile in PHD2 allowed the PP-enhanced PHD to connect to the camera. Like you, I am looking at PEC at the moment and I have always used PEMPRO from CCDWare but have had difficulty getting the data saved correctly to my SW Bisque Paramount. I have also just started using PHD2 for guiding. I just wanted to see if this version of PP-PHD2 offered any benefits, not seeing any documentation about it.
