phd2 disconnecting camera and star lost, can not run calibration

ive been recently having an issue where my guide camera is now saying that it has lost the star while guiding is active. ive also run into an error that the camera has not completed an image in a certain amount of time and has disconnected the camera and tries to reconnect it. i have very clear skies so i know that it is not a cloud that came into play. I also am finding that whwen i am trying to get focus with my guide camera and guide scope that i will get a comppletely white image even when there is no stray light or any light directly on the sensor. it has such a fine movememtn for where it allows me to get focus on a star. I have had multiple issues with this guiding system that ive been ruining many many nights trouble shooting to get phd2 to even work and give me an image. i have tried 2 different cables and have tried another usb port but to no availe. i will post the guide log and debug log shortly

Yes, please use PHD's built-in log uploader for this

In the meantime, it sounds like you have camera connectivity issues, please check out the relevant troubleshooting section:
