Thanks for uploading the log. We may be a bit stuck here now. We rely on the ASCOM driver to provide information about the cause of the failure and we put whatever information the ASCOM driver gives us into the log file. In the case of the QHY ASCOM driver the only information that was given was "
I really cannot think of any reason why any ASCOM driver would connect in PHD1 but not in PHD2. This is the first time we have heard of such a problem.
I hate to say it, but I think you will need to contact QHY to see if they can help.
Grasping for straws... is there any chance the camera was already connected in another application (like PHD1) when you tried to connect in PHD2? If so, please try again with no other applications connected to the camera. Also, a reboot could not hurt to try (try connecting the camera in PHD2 first after the reboot, do not connect to PHD1 first.)
