Hi to everybody, I like to take sky pictures and i'm writing from Italy.
I have a SkyWarcher AZ-EQ6 PRO and I drive it by NINA and PHD-2.
After some night i've set correctly the mechanic of my mount regoulating the screws and the PHD2 calibration for backlash.
Iesterday i've start "Meridian flip calibration" by PHD-2, but now the flip isn't correct.
I'll try to explain.
On NINA I have set 10 minutes before and idem arfter to be sure the meridian flip and the photoes will be correct.
The meridian flip is about 40 minutes forward. I start the legacy sequence and immediatly the meridian flip procedure appare "waiting 40 minutes," count down...
I try second time and now the count down start from 15 minutes...
I try a third time the cound down stars from 30 minutes...

Loose I some step to do before and after the meridian flip calibration?

Is possible to reset only the configuration about meridian flip. where are the setted calibration parameters to reset?

At the and NINA work well and i prefer give it the meridian control.

Thanks

Enea

I don't really understand the problem you're having, but you're not required to use the Meridian Flip Calibration tool in PHD2.  All it does is control the option to 'Reverse Dec output after meridian flip', something found on the Guiding tab of Advanced Settings.  You can leave it un-checked and then see if you get runaway Dec guiding when your scope flips from one side of the meridian to the other.  If it does, then set the option, re-run the Calibration Assistant, and that should fix the problem.

That said, all these "waiting" messages have nothing to do with PHD2 and aren't coming from PHD2.  So I think you're probably confused about how to force your mount to do a meridian flip.

Regards,
Bruce
