Your initial post after joining is moderated, I explained that in the 'welcome' message I sent you and asked you to be patient.  In that same welcome message, I explained that you need to use the PHD2 Upload Logs feature in order to get any technical help.  Looking at your first message, I see you haven't done that, so I would say you should take a deep breath, re-read the message, and send us the data.  For reasons of completeness, I'm including the text of the welcome message here:

Welcome to the forum.  Even if you are somewhat familiar with PHD2, please read the User Guide (built-in Help and online files) along with the Best Practices document.  The User Guide is updated with every release of PHD2 and contains a great deal of information.  The ‘Search’ facility in the Google forum is also a useful tool because many questions have been asked and answered repeatedly. When you need help, be sure to follow the instructions for uploading your log files to our server (the “getting-help” link).  If you don’t do this, you are unlikely to get much help because discussions here are fairly technical, and we try to provide advice on the basis of objective data rather than personal anecdotes. Your first post on the forum may be moderated, something we have to do to combat spam.  Once I see the message and confirm that it’s not spam, I will approve it and take you off moderated status.  This whole process will incur a delay, so please be patient.
