PHD2 guiding with C1-5000A camera from Moravian Instruments

Dear Colleagues,

Has anybody tried to use the above mentioned camera  from Moravian instrumentsfor guiding with PHD2? 

Either the native driver, nor the Moravian Ascom driver provides the info about the read mode to PHD2. Therefore PHD2 cannot connect to the camera.

Is anybody using a CMOS camera from Moravian Instruments for guiding?

I have used PHD2 with CCD cameras from Moravian without any problem. But obviously CMOS cameras do not work with PHDS.

Please let me know your experiences. Is there a way to bypass the read mode problem? The C1-5000A has only a 12-bit read mode.
