Believe me, I am not looking to become a "regular" here!  I recently had to recalibrate my guiding on my remote rig.  I junked the old EQ6R because it was failing to send RA pulse commands.  Now I am getting similar warnings on the new CEM70.
I had a long night of observing set up and I was getting beautiful subs (till I looked closely).   But I was also seeing big guiding excursions, I thought it was wind gusts. I had bad star trails and then my main camera disconnected before I even finished my first "L" frames.  The camera sequence continued all night, getting zero.
Last night (as clouds were moving in) I tried to trouble shoot and check the guiding. I started the guiding and the blue RA line just started creeping upwards until I hit stop.
I got error message of pulse guiding failure.  I tried to re-calibrate, but PhD wasn't happy with results.  I did the star cross test.  I did see the Xs.
Of course I want to figure out what is wrong this time (one glitch after another).  Here are the logs from both nights.  I am lucky to have you patient guys as a recourse

Most of your errors were due to the mount being parked

Not sure what this means >>>The camera sequence continued all night, getting zero.

Did you create a new profile for your CEM70, or reuse the old one?

I would suggest:
- updating to the latest dev release (you are still on a standard release, get it from here: https://openphdguiding.org/development-snapshots/)
- creating a new profile for your new mount, making sure to enter your equipment information correctly. your focal length was apparently left blank
- use the calibration assistant, make sure you resolve any errors it's giving you (like the orthogonality error you received)
- use the guiding assistant for a few minutes to get a recommendation on min moves
- increasing your exposure time to 3 seconds (there's no reason to guide a CEM70 that aggressively, at least to start)

Yes I realized that about 5 minutes into my evening walk.  I ran back home and unparked it .  Seemed like I was still getting errors.  But true, I am not dialed in well yet with new mount.
Yes I did make a new profile with darks though since I can’t be present I don’t know how well the lens was covered (no lens cap). I don’t mind self inflicted errors, they’re the easiest to fix.  I will update PHD.  Nothing else going on with it?

>>>Nothing else going on with it?

I would start with the below and see how it goes. Have to fix the obvious stuff first.

I would also enable lost star events so we can see what is going on there.

Is it possible with the “lost star” events that clouds were moving in at the site?  They closed the roofs about midnight

It's possible, diagnostic images for lost star events would show us
