The other night I created a PEC Curve using PemPro, what a learning curve for me, but well worth it. The next imaging session I had the best guiding and round stars, I was in love. Then the next night I received the following error message while guiding PEC MATCH OVERRUN and PHD2 also told me Guiding stopped: The scope starting slewing.

I do not know what is going on, does someone have an idea what has happened?

I see you are cross posting to PEMPro and PHD forums

I will ask the same question here: which app did you see the error.

Also you need to upload your guide/debug logs:

Located the problem. Somehow the Period Length in the Guiding Algorithm got change to 10???? Not sure how but it did.

But that begs the question why 159 and not 319. I know those are frequencies while 319 is a known frequency and 159 is half of that.
Before I had 31.9 but was suggested to use 159.
Curious

>>>PEC MATCH OVERRUN

as mentioned on the PEMPro forum, that error has nothing to do with PHD. it sounds more like a problem with the firmware, you should contact Losmandy or post to the user group there
