Issue with The Sky Pro 64 bit

Afternoon all. So I've gone through the guide to get The Sky Pro connected and opened The Sky Pro as admin then PHD2 but when i tell it to connect it opens a new version of The Sky Pro and then returns an error. 

any advice on this would be much appreciated.

i may have been stupid and missed the bit that said close the admin version and open again, sorry

I think so. Have to wait for darkness but put a laser on the dome to show up as a star and told it to guide and didn't get "pulse guiding is not available" again. Sorry for my own stupidity, my brain just ignored that sentence 🤣

So first time with some clear skies and it's still saying pulse guiding. 

Have opened as admin, closed and opened again. Not too sure what the issue is now

what is saying pulse guiding? The X2 driver?

It says the ascom driver does not support pulse guiding but it's set to direct guide.

I assume the first "it" is the PHD, and the second "its" is the X2 driver?

So this is the ascom settings. The error is the yellow banner at the top telling me ascom does not support pulseguide. 

Have opened tsx as admin, closed it then launched it again and connected phd2 and it's still doing it.
