what does this error mean?

When I take an exposure to fine tune my focus I get "caught unhandled  unknown exception terminating"    What does this mean?  It seems to happen automatically.  An exposure is displayed, 10-15 seconds pass and this error pops up.

This is most likely caused by a component in the camera connection – either hardware or camera driver software.  At the very least, you should be sure you’re running the latest camera drivers.

 Here is the log. It's my first time actually connecting PHD2 (or trying to) so there are a lot of false starts.  I got the above error maybe 5 times trying to figure out what was going on and there are multiple meanderings.  So there's probably lots of useless info here.  Sorry.
