iOptron GEM28, PEC and guiding

I have a GEM28 mount.  I've used PEMPro to create a PEC curve and successfully loaded it into the GEM28.

Twice now I've had the mount freeze within minutes of enabling the PEC playback.

Once I had both NINA and PHD2 running and guiding.  And once with just PHD2 guiding.

Has anyone had any experience with PEC playback on the GEM28 while also guiding?

I've sent an email to iOptron support and haven't received a response yet.

You have at least one more option here to sort out the issue. Just run the mount in tracking mode without NINA or PHD2, but PEC enabled.

Did the 'freeze' start after you  built and enabled PEC?  Did you have PHD2 running pre-PEC?
